Plot/Synopsis:

Cora, a psychiatrist, has begun handling the case of Loa, a young woman who refuses to speak

No one at the hospital knows who Loa is or where she’s from, but Cora becomes attached to her and establishes a relationship that slips further and further away from prescribed therapeutic procedure

When Loa suddenly disappears, Cora tracks her down to an Icelandic town; and there discovers the reason behind Loa’s condition
